Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a NULLR account or using our API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NULLR provides bot detection and threat filtering as a hosted service. Detection logic is proprietary and server-side. No self-hosted licence is available.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use NULLR to protect your own websites and applications. You may not:

Use NULLR to block legitimate users based on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, etc.).
Resell or white-label NULLR detection as your own product without a separate agreement.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our detection signals or scoring weights.
Use NULLR for any unlawful purpose.

4. API Keys and Domain Binding

Each API key is bound to one domain. You are responsible for ensuring your key is not used on unauthorised domains. Keys must be kept secret — do not commit them to public repositories.

5. Trial and Billing

The 14-day trial requires a valid payment method. One trial per payment method — multiple trials using different cards or crypto wallets to the same entity are prohibited. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced via status.nullr.io. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Data

Visitor data collected through your API keys belongs to you. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller responsible for ensuring your use of NULLR complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

NULLR's liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel at any time from the billing panel.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NULLR operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
